Planting Zones Look-Up Bar and Interative Map

Continental United States Planting Zones confirmed in an instant.

Type in your zip code into the "Enter Zip Code" space directly below and hit return. No more zooming in on a static hardiness zone map.

What does your Zone number mean?

Your planting zone number indicates the annual minimum temperature in the zone's designated area.

For example, Zone 5' minimum temperature is -25 degrees Fahrenheit/-28.9 degrees Celsius.

Before buying any rose, check to see what Zone is on its label. If a rose has a Hardniness Zone 5 designation it should be able to survive temperatures less than -25 degrees Fahrenheit/-28.9 degrees Celsius.

You can find an interactive planting zone map here.
