Yves Piaget RoseYves Piaget Rose is one of the most romantic and glamorous hybrid teas. I love this rose because it has character- gorgeous but not perfect. It changes day to day. Sometimes, it has blooms that make me laugh. They have a comical over the top number of petals.
I also love it first because of childhood memories it evokes because of its name and French nature. My mother wore an Yves Piaget watch. I still see it, vividly, at eye level, dangling on her wrist, while she held my hand and we walked. It became my favorite studied piece of jewelry and my early witness to just how fast time flies. 
Related to the Peace rose, there is something similarly refined about this hybrid tea and its huge amethyst with pink cabbage blooms would be lovely in any bouquet.
